Brooke Staffing’s screening and hiring process—from the application to the placement—is designed to get a complete picture of our candidates. We don’t just want to know their expected salary (although that’s important!); we want to know what will make them happy in their job. We don’t just want to find our candidates jobs, we want to find them careers.
We start with a comprehensive skills assessment administered through our web-based testing tool. We have tests available for most versions of common software as well as a large selection of specialty software, including many common accounting software packages.
After we have an idea of the applicant’s skillset, we conduct a comprehensive interview to establish exactly what they are looking for in a position. Salary, culture, pace of work and similar factors are going to help us find the best possible match in a position.
Once we have found as much as we can about our applicant’s needs and wants in a position, we conduct two or more professional reference checks. Additionally, we will perform background, drug and any other pre-employment screenings our client requires.
We are confident that our employment process ensures that we get a full profile of what our candidates want in a job, a company and a career.
